My Story
**"Hi, I'm Liz! I'm a wife, a mother of two, and a proud grandma to five wonderful grandkids. For the past 30 years, I've worked full-time at Safeway as a meat wrapper, but my Love for baking - especially sourdough-has been a Dream.
Now, I'm excited to turn that passion into something special with Rooted Bakery, a small home bakery right here in Deschutes River Woods. Every loaf I bake is made with care, using traditional methods to bring you the best sourdough possible.
Balancing work, family, and this new adventure keeps me busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way! Thank you for supporting my small business - it means the world to me!"**
